Hull City full 2015/16 Championship fixtures

Hull City are preparing for the 2015/16 Championship season.

Hull have just suffered the ignominy of being relegated from the Premier League, and they will be looking to secure an immediate promotion back to the top flight when the 2015/16 Championship campaign gets off to a start.

Steve Bruce is still in charge of the Tigers, and with a playing squad loaded with talent and promotion-winning experience, there is a real hope that the Yorkshire-based team can rediscover their good form and fight for automatic promotion - or even the second division title.

The new season promises to be an exciting one, and with the Championship season just over a month away, we take a look at Hull's full 2015/16 fixtures.

Hull start their season with a home tie against Huddersfield Town on August 8, looking to get the campaign off to a positive start, before travelling to Wolves.

The Christmas period is looking easy for Bruce’s men, except for a tie with Burnley, with a run of fixtures against the likes of Rotherham, Preston and Reading. Their New Year’s fixture is against fellow relegated side QPR, which promises to be an intriguing fixture in the search for promotion.

As the season draws to a close, the Tigers take on Yorkshire rivals Leeds and Bolton Wanderers, before finishing their season at home to another Yorkshire rival in Rotherham United.
