It has been reported by the British news outlet that the 21-year-old winger has told Barca that he wants to leave on a permanent basis in the summer transfer window.
This has led to interest among Premier League clubs, with well-respected Spanish football journalist Guillem Balague revealing Everton’s interest in the Spain international on Monday evening.

London24.com now claim that London duo West Ham and Tottenham Hotspur want to sign the youngster, although they give a different valuation of the player.
“With a modest £4.5million price-tag slapped on his head, a number of Premier League clubs are set to enter the race for Deulofeu including West Ham and Spurs,” states the report.
Deulofeu played on loan for Everton from Barcelona during the 2013-14 season, and scored three goals and created nine chances in 25 Premier League appearances.
The youngster had a pass accuracy of 78% and a shot accuracy of 78%, and won one header, 44 dribbles and six tackles.
Deulofeu played on loan for Sevilla in the recently concluded 2014-15 campaign, but he did not fare so well.
The Barcelona-owned winger scored one goal and created 14 chances in 17 La Liga appearances.
The youngster had a pass accuracy of 72% and a shot accuracy of 50%, and won one header, 28 dribbles and five tackles.
In five Europa League matches in 2014-15, Deulofeu created five chances, had a pass accuracy of 76% and a shot accuracy of 80%, and won one header, 11 dribbles and two tackles.
