The Moroccan is a wanted commodity in Italy as Parma prepare to sell up.
Celtic are said to be in the hunt for Zouhair Feddal. The Moroccan was reported by Tutto Mercato Web to be a summer target for The Bhoys. Feddal is set to leave Italian crisis club Parma this summer and the report claimed that Celtic were keen, along with two clubs in England.
It is now being reported that Celtic will have some competition for Feddal from Italian Serie A sides. In a similar situation to the one in which they lost out on Ahmad Benali Celtic face a real battle to win the signature of Feddal.
Celtic looked to be on the verge of signing the Manchester-born Libyan this summer from Brescia, until Palermo swooped in to snap him up instead.
Feddal is said to be on the radar for Bologna and both Verona sides Chievo and Hellas Verona, as reported by Tutto Mercato Web.
All three can offer him football in the Italian top flight next season, as Bologna won the Serie B promotion play-off final earlier this month.
Feddal has recently come to the fore at Parma in their hour of need as they bravely fought relegation whilst not being able to afford hot water.
Now he is set to be one of many players sold this summer to raise funds. Celtic were hoping to capitalise, but will have a task on their hands convincing him to reject an Italian stay.
