Former Arsenal goalkeeper David Seaman has waded into the Jack Wilshere row, and taken a dig at Tottenham Hotspur.
Wilshere has accepted an FA misconduct charge for calling Tottenham 's***' during Arsenal's FA Cup winning parade, having been warned over a similar incident 12 months earlier.
His wording 'if they ever won something' was written in such a way to take a pop at the club's recent lack of silverware, last winning the League Cup in 2008.
Wilshere accepted the charge put before him, but told SkySports earlier in the week he was disappointed by the FA taking him to task.
The England international has a chance to do his talking on the pitch this weekend as England take on Slovenia in European Championship qualifying at the weekend.
One player who won't be involved is Spurs midfielder Ryan Mason, who Wilshere revealed earlier in the week to the London Evening Standard was injured as a result of his challenge during a training session.
