Tottenham have been linked with making a move for the Monaco forward.
Martial is considered one of the top prospects in French football, and Monaco manager Jardim has told L’Equipe - quoted by GFN - that he will be staying at the Principality club this summer.
The Portuguese coach said: “I know about everything that could happen. I would just like it all to be done with as soon as possible. With Vadim and Luis, it was quite clear: Bernardo Silva and Martial will stay, as will Dirar, Subasic, Raggi, Elderson and Toulalan.”
With Martial regarded a top prospect, it is not a surprise that Monaco are planning to keep ahold of him, but this is a disappointment for Tottenham - who have been linked with making a move for the the 19-year-old by France Football.
The French media outlet claimed earlier this week that Spurs and the Ligue 1 outfit had agreed a €25 million fee for the transfer of Martial, who scored 12 goals for the club last season in his debut campaign.
There were no indications that Martial had entered contract talks with the North London club concerning a transfer, and neither Spurs nor Monaco addressed the claims of a transfer being lined up.
Whilst that report indicated a move to White Hart Lane could be on the cards, the latest comments from Jardim look to have put paid to such claims, with Martial set to remain at the Stade Louis II ahead of next season.
