Tottenham Hotspur, Arsenal, Newcastle United and AS Roma are reportedly interested in Sevilla striker Carlos Bacca.

Reported Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur target Carlos Bacca has an offer from Italian club AS Roma, the striker’s agent has hinted.

“There are several clubs interested in Bacca,” Sergio Barila told Calciomercato, as translated by Football Italia. “I can’t deny there’s interest from Roma, they’re a big club.

“Carlos is happy in Seville, as is his entire family, and this year there’s also the Champions League which gives added value.

“However, in football you never know, and if big offers come in, then they’ll be assessed with great peace of mind.”

Bacca is on the books of Spanish club Sevilla at the moment and has been one of the most potent strikers in Europe over the past two seasons.

The Colombia international star scored 20 goals and created 28 chances in 37 La Liga appearances in the recently concluded 2014-15 season, firing Sevilla to a fifth-placed finish.

The 28-year-old also played an important role in Sevilla’s Europa League triumph, scoring seven goals and creating 11 chances in 15 matches.

Bacca’s performances in the 2014-15 campaign have seen him linked with moves to some of the biggest clubs in Europe.

The Sun claimed last month that Tottenham and Newcastle United are interested in the former Club Brugge star, while last week A Bola reported that Arsenal are keen on the striker.

It now seems that Italian giants Roma have joined the race for the prized signature of Bacca, who appears to have a huge decision to make in the coming weeks.
