Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to the latest Nabil Bentaleb reports.
The British tabloid claim that the Merseyside outfit want the Algeria international to partner James Milner in midfield next season.
The 20-year-old Bentaleb told The Telegraph last week that he is frustrated that negotiations over a new contract have been dragging on for months.
The young midfielder added that he is “flattered” to know that he has had “some interest from big clubs, from Champions League clubs”.
The Sun had earlier reported that Manchester United, Manchester City, Lazio, Napoli and Juventus are all admirers of Bentaleb, and they claimed on Monday that Liverpool are keen on securing his services in the summer transfer window.
Bentaleb enjoyed a breakthrough season in 2014-15 and was one of the best young players in the Premier League.
The Algeria international midfielder created 16 chances in 26 league appearances, had a pass accuracy of 87%, and won 34 headers, 28 dribbles and 45 tackles.
Following the reports, Liverpool and Tottenham fans took to Twitter to have their say.

Apart, perhaps, from more money, how would Bentaleb benefit from going to Liverpool? They're as ordinary as us. Press speculation IMO #THFC— Simon Lipson (@Mottle12) June 8, 2015
