England Under-21 international Ings will join the Reds on a free transfer next month when his current contract with Burnley runs out, as announced on the Merseyside outfit’s official website on Monday.
In 35 league matches for the Clarets, the 22-year-old former Bournemouth star scored 11 goals and created 35 chances, had a pass accuracy of 71% and a shot accuracy of 43%, and won 25 headers, 57 dribbles and 27 tackles.
Former Newcastle star Quinn has suggested that Ings will prove to be a good signing for Liverpool and made the following post on Twitter:

England international midfielder James Milner will join the former European champions in July after his current contract with Premier League rivals Manchester City runs out at the end of the month.
