Crystal Palace are reportedly preparing a bid for former Chelsea striker Demba Ba.
The Besiktas striker could be on the move again this summer after the Turkish club failed to secure Champions League football.
According to a report on Eurosport Turkey, Crystal Palace are interested in signing the former Newcastle United and Chelsea striker. Demba Ba could yet again team up with Alan Pardew, who managed him at St. James' Park.
The Senegal international has scored a total of 28 goals and provided seven assists in all competitions for Besiktas this season.
Ba also broke a personal record by scoring 18 league goals for the first time in a single season in his career.
After finishing in third place in the Super Lig, Besiktas will play in the Europa League next season, but it's not as if joining Crystal Palace would grant him Champions League football all of a sudden.
The Selhurst Park outlet finished the Premier League season in 10th and have no European football next season, although Ba may be simply interested in a return to England.
Istanbul giants Besiktas knocked Liverpool out of the Europa League round-of-32 on penalties under Slaven Bilic last season.
