Aarons scored for the Three Lions and then took to Twitter to celebrate his goal.
And he admits he is not quite sharp yet but is delighted to have gotten through another game and netted for his country.
Nothing like scoring a goal, missed this feeling soo much. Obviously can tell not sharp enough yet but glad to get through another game— Rolando Aarons (@R_Aarons16) June 5, 2015

In response, 20-year-old Aston Villa youngster Callum Robinson replied to the Newcastle man in similarly positive mood.
Robinson spent some of last season on loan at Preston North End but returned to parent club Villa and will no doubt hope he can contribute for Tim Sherwood's side next term.
The duo's England experiences will certainly help them for the future but it will be tough for them to break into their respective first teams next campaign.
Aarons has the ability to play for Newcastle but must maintain his fitness, while Robinson will have a point to prove at Aston Villa.
