Tottenham: Morgan Schneiderlin posts cryptic tweet, Arsenal join race for Carlos Bacca

Arsenal v Southampton 2012 Pregame with Schneiderlin

Southampton’s Schneiderlin is reportedly wanted by Arsenal, Tottenham and Manchester United, while Carlos Bacca is allegedly being targeted by Newcastle.

Morgan Schneiderlin tweet

Reported Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur target Morgan Schneiderlin has posted a cryptic tweet on social networking site Twitter.

The France international midfielder is on the books of Southampton at the moment, but he has been linked with a move away from the Premier League club this summer.

The Daily Star claim that Tottenham and Manchester United are interested in the services of Schneiderlin.

Meanwhile, The Mirror reported on Wednesday that Arenal manager Arsene Wenger is still “keen on Southampton midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin” despite his interest in AS Monaco’s Geoffrey Kondogbia.

The 25-year-old is on holiday at the moment following the end of the 2014-15 season, and on Thursday, he posted an interesting Tweet.

Perhaps Schneiderlin was simply reflecting on life in general, or maybe he was wondering what to do next in his career.

It will be interesting to see what the former Strasbourg star ultimately decides regarding his next career move.

Carlos Bacca race

Arsenal have joined the race to sign striker Carlos Bacca from Sevilla this summer, according to A Bola.

Last weekend The Sun reported that Tottenham and Newcastle United are both interested in the Colombia international striker, who will cost £14 million in transfer fee.

It has now been claimed by A Bola that Spurs’ North London rivals Arsenal are also keen on securing the services of the highly-rated striker.

Bacca scored 20 goals and created 28 chances in 37 La Liga appearances in the recently concluded 2014-15 season, firing Sevilla to a fifth-placed finish.
