The Morocco international is being targeted by the French giants this summer.
The 24-year-old spent this season on loan at Torino from Napoli, where he played in 43 games all season.
Torino have an option to buy him for €4.7 million, but the report state that his agent Mino Raiola was seeking alternative options, including those in England.
But if Tottenham, Villa or Southampton remain keen on the player they will need to make a move soon.
It is reported in France today that Olympique Marseille are ready to make a first move for the Moroccan international, who also spent the 2013-14 season on loan at Torino and has only ever played seven Serie A games for his parent club.
The report from Sports.fr claims that Marseille are ready to splash out around €10 million for the player, as they look to revamp their squad ahead of a Ligue 1 title surge next term.
Whether Tottenham, Villa or Southampton are willing to spend that amount of money will have to remain to be seen.
