The former Fulham loanee is turning into one of the most wanted men in England this summer.
At the weekend it was reported by Gianlucadimarzio.com that Sunderland were joining the race for Sampdoria striker Stefano Okaka. They were said to be joining both Southampton and Stoke City in the race for the powerful 25-year-old.
However, it seems as though Okaka may just become one of the biggest targets of the summer in the Premier League, at least by amount of clubs keen that is.
Reports today suggest two other Premier League clubs are after the player. Tutto Mercato Web is now reporting that Crystal Palace and Swansea City are also keen on the player this summer.
The report claims the Genoa side are happy to sell the player and Palace and Swansea are leading the race for his signature.
Okaka, who played for Fulham back in 2010, has played 33 times for the club this season, scoring just the four goals - so it is hard to see what all the fuss is about.
But when he first came to the fore at AS Roma he was considered one of the best young players around and this may be causing the interest.
It will be interesting to see which Premier League side wins the race for this much coveted commodity.
