Manchester City defender Micah Richards has told the Daily Star that he is considering joining Inter Milan this summer.
Richards is set to leave City in the near future and he is weighing up his options, as he looks to the future.
The likes of Newcastle United and Sunderland are said to be interested in signing the England international, but Richards admits he may opt to move to Inter - who are also keen on recruiting him.
"The Premier League is fantastic but I had my best season at City under Roberto Mancini and obviously he's at Inter Milan now, so maybe that could be an option," he said.
Richards has experience of playing in Serie A after spending this season on loan at Fiorentina, so he would not need time in which to adapt at Inter.
If he did join, he would be expecting to play regularly in an Inter team determined to get back to their best.
Richards' future, though, may be better served by staying in England, and there are sure to be plenty of potential suitors.
The 26-year-old has become a forgotten man over recent years, but his talent is obvious and he would be a good addition for most Premier League sides.
