Confirmed: Chelsea line-up to play Sydney FC

Here is how Chelsea will line up for today's friendly match.

Chelsea starting XI: Cech, Azpilicueta, Ivanovic, Terry, Ake, Mikel, Matic, Remy, Boga, Hazard, Costa

Chelsea subs: Blackman, Aina, Christensen, Clarke-Salter, Dasilva, Colkett, Houghton, Brown, Musonda, Loftus-Cheek, Solanke

Chelsea take on Sydney FC today in the final match of their post-season tour.

The Premier League champions recently played a Thailand All-Stars team, with youngster Dominic Solanke scoring the only goal of the game.

On the same weekend, Sydney FC were facing another Premier League side, with Tottenham Hotspur running out 1-0 winners courtesy of a goal from Harry Kane.

Now they come up against a Chelsea side who will want to end their season with a victory before they go on a well-earned holiday.

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has used this tour to give some of his talented young players a chance and that is again in evidence today, although the side to face the Australians contains far more first-team stars than the weekend’s starting line-up.

This summer is likely to be a busy one in terms of potential new arrivals at Stamford Bridge, with Mourinho knowing his domestic rivals will strengthen considerably and he cannot afford to stand still despite this season’s league success.
