Newcastle United, Everton and Southampton are all interested in signing Saido Berahino from West Bromwich Albion in the summer transfer window, according to The Sun.
The British tabloid claims that Berahino is “set to turn down offers to stay at The Hawthorns”.
It has been reported that West Brom, who are ready to offer him a £50,000-a-week contract, want £20 million in transfer fees for the England Under-21 international.
Manchester City are allegedly in pole position to sign Berahino due to their financial superiority, but Premier League rivals Newcastle, Everton and Southampton are interested.
Berahino is one of the best young strikers in the Premier League and played an important role for the Baggies in the recently concluded 2014-15 season.
The 21-year-old scored 14 goals and created 28 chances in 38 league appearances, while having a pass accuracy of 83% and a shot accuracy of 54%.
Berahino won 18 headers, 26 dribbles and 26 tackles in those 38 Premier League matches.
