West Ham manager betting update: Odds drop on alternative to Slaven Bilic

West Ham United are still looking for a new manager after announcing Sam Allardyce wouldn't be kept on.

West Ham United remain on the hunt for a new manager and the confidence in that man being Slaven Bilic hasn’t wavered, with the ex-Hammers shortening to a best price of 4/6.

Bilic would be a very good choice to become the next West Ham manager because he brings different experience and ideas to the table, as well as the advantage of having previously played for the club.

A big mover in the market is Marcelo Bielsa, with the odds falling on the Argentine to take the job at Upton Park with a best price of 9/4.

He would be a different choice and it would be interesting to see if it’s a decision, which worked out long term as the club chase European football ahead of the move to the Olympic Stadium at Stratford.

The odds on former Premier League managers David Moyes and Roberto Di Matteo becoming manager have drifted much longer, with 12/1 and 14/1 prices respectively.

An interesting new name to come onto the market is Swansea City manager Garry Monk, although it would be difficult for the Hammers to poach him away from the Swans where he seems settled.
