England U21 international Ings is believed to have generated – according to Sky Sports - interest from clubs aplenty with Sky also suggesting that Spurs are readying a £12million bid for the striker in order to prevent other teams from talking to him.
Pochettino, however, insists he is not thinking about transfer targets as the Tottenham boss prepares his side for an end-of-season friendly against Sydney FC.
"I think there are a lot of rumours that [Ings] now, I will not comment about," Pochettino told Goal.
"I think it's not the right moment. It's a moment to enjoy Sydney. I'm looking forward to Saturday's game."
Ings scored 11 goals in 35 appearances as Burnley were relegated from the Premier League this season. It was his first campaign in the top-flight, and the 22-year made a positive impression.
The striker has been at Turf Moor since he was 19-years-old, so it will be interesting to see how he deals with different surroundings and a better group of players.
Granted, if he makes a move to one of the bigger clubs in the Premier League, Ings will then be dreaming of a call-up to the England senior side. First, though, he will be looking to impress again on his travels to the Czech Republic this summer as England’s Young Lions go in search of European U21 Championship glory.
