The Queens Park Rangers legend isn't hopeful ahead of next term...
At least Marsh isn't predicting another relegation, although he feels the R's will now have found their level and are in desperate need of a change of philosophy.
And, far from earning promotion straight back to the Premier League like they did last time, Marsh feels a play-off spot will be the 'best' QPR can hope for.
That is exactly what the west London side got last time out in the Championship, of course, but they dominated throughout before only petering away at the end of the campaign.
For a side that spent big and looked to cement their status in the top flight, meanwhile, Marsh's verdict is a damning one in terms of any ambitions the club's hierarchy may have previously expressed.

Who will stay and who will go at QPR this summer?
It certainly looks as though there will be a big shake-up at Loftus Road ahead of next season, especially in terms of the playing staff.
And maybe a few seasons of stability in the second tier will do the club some good...
