Report: AC Milan and Fiorentina interested in Southampton’s Graziano Pelle

Graziano Pelle

Southampton striker Graziano Pelle is reported being targeted by AC Milan and Fiorentina.

Italian clubs AC Milan and Fiorentina are interested in signing Graziano Pelle from Southampton in the summer transfer window, according to Tuttomercatoweb.com.

Pelle joined Southampton from Feyenoord in the summer of 2014 and has been in impressive form for the Saints this season.

Prior to today’s round of matches in the Premier League, the Italy international striker had scored 12 goals and created 41 chances in 37 league appearances.

The 29-year-old went through a spell when he struggled for goals, but his overall performances this season have been encouraging.

It seems that Pelle’s heroics in the Premier League have attracted the interests of Fiorentina and Milan, two of the biggest clubs of Italy.

Southampton sold a number of players last summer, including Dejan Lovren, Adam Lallana and Rickie Lambert.

It will be interesting to see what the Saints do if Fiorentina or Milan make an offer for Pelle in the summer transfer window.
