Confirmed: Chelsea and Sunderland line-ups

Here is how Chelsea and Sunderland will line up for this afternoon’s match:

Premier League champions Chelsea welcome Sunderland to Stamford Bridge this weekend with both sides celebrating for very different reasons.

While Jose Mourinho’s side have come out on top this season, the Black Cats secured their top-flight survival with a game to spare – a result that brought Sunderland boss Dick Advocaat to tears.

That means this afternoon’s clash should be a relaxed affair although Chelsea will not want to suffer back-to-back defeats after losing 3-0 to West Bromwich Albion last time out.

But with Sunderland unbeaten in their last two matches against today’s opponents, and with a fine recent record at Stamford Bridge, there is every chance another shock could be on the cards.

Advocaat has made his side hard to beat but Chelsea have only once suffered two consecutive league defeats under Mourinho and he will not want to make that two on a day that should be one of celebration at the Bridge.
