Confirmed: Arsenal and West Brom line-ups

Here is how Arsenal and West Bromwich Albion will line up for this afternoon’s match:

Arsenal welcome West Bromwich Albion to the Emirates Stadium this afternoon with the Gunners knowing third place is all but certain this season.

Only a defeat to the Baggies, a Manchester United victory and a seven-goal swing will see Louis van Gaal’s side finish above Arsene Wenger’s men in the table.

Arsenal have not lost any of their last eight league games against today’s opponents, winning on six occasions, while West Brom’s only victory in eight Premier League trips to the Gunners came back in 2010.

That said, Arsenal are on something of a downturn, winning only one of their last five league matches, while West Brom will be confident following their surprise 3-0 victory against champions Chelsea.

With clean-sheets becoming a regular thing for Tony Pulis’s side, Arsenal’s forward line will have to be at its best to breach the Baggies’ defence on what is sure to be an exciting afternoon of football both in North London and across the country.
