HITC Sport understands from sources close to the club that Partick Thistle defender Stephen O'Donnell is a target for a number of Championship and League One clubs this summer.
O'Donnell is out of contract at Firhill at the end of the season and Partick are resigned to losing the talented full-back on a free transfer, and without any compensation due to his age.
Thistle boss Alan Archibald has previously admitted that the club do not have the resources to prevent O'Donnell exiting this summer as they cannot compete with the offers available in England
Blackpool and Dundee United both tried to sign O'Donnell during the January transfer window, but the 23-year-old opted to stay at Partick.
O'Donnell has established himself as a mainstay in the Partick side since joining in 2011 after leaving Celtic.
The versatile defender has made over 130 appearances for Partick and he is sure to have no shortage of suitors this summer, with clubs south of the border weighing up approaches for the versatile defender.
