Manchester City are the latest side to show an interest in Saido Berahino, report The Sun.
The West Bromwich Albion striker has scored 20 goals this season and his form is making him a wanted man.
He netted two in a 3-0 win over Chelsea earlier this week, and also netted against Manchester United this season.
The striker has 10 goals in 12 under-21 games for England, and is part of the European Championship squad this summer, a tournament which could further inflate his price tag.
Would City be a good move for Berahino?
Young English players have struggled at City in recent years, with Jack Rodwell, Scott Sinclair and Adam Johnson among those to struggle to play regularly.
Berahino is a confident player and if he feels he is ready, then this is probably unlikely to put him off a move.
There is real competition for places however, with Wilfried Bony and Sergio Aguero certain to be at the club next season, but the futures of Edin Dzeko and Stevan Jovetic are less certain.
With City needing to increase their English contingent, they have extra incentive to sign Berahino, but it would be a gamble on the part of the striker if he made the move to The Etihad.
