Arsenal attacker Alexis Sanchez has a high opinion of teammate Santi Cazorla, and has been discussing how much he enjoys playing alongside him.
The Chilean was speaking to Arsenal's website, and spoke about what makes Cazorla so difficult for opponents to read, and such a unique player.
He said: "Santi Cazorla is a spectacular player. You never know whether he will kick the ball with the right or the left foot.
"Besides, he moves with short but quick strides, which is a remarkable trademark too. Although I knew about his quality, playing alongside him makes me very happy."
Cazorla is having one of his best seasons at Arsenal, being influential in big matches, despite being played in a variety of midfield roles.
The understanding with Sanchez which he has is one which is a joy to watch, and when the pair click then they have proven hard for Premier League sides to cope with.
Sanchez also spoke of his enjoyment at playing in England following his summer move from Barcelona, and pleasant surprise at the technical quality of the entire squad.
He is on course to win an FA Cup trophy in his first season at the club, while Cazorla would receive his second in a row, if they are successful against Aston Villa at Wembley on May 30.
