Arsenal have been named by Danish newspaper Ekstra Bladet as holding an interest in attacker Pione Sisto.
FC Midtjylland are expecting a bidding war this summer after Barcelona sent scouts to watch him in action.
Arsenal, FC Porto, and Juventus are also named as having a 'definite interest' in Sisto, who is just 20-years-old.
Sisto is a right winger who has scored eight goals in 18 games this season for the Danish side.
He is currently playing alongside former Arsenal prospect Kristoffer Olsson, who left the Gunners in January to sign with Midtjylland, who he had joined on loan earlier in the season.
Sisto has a contract with the club until 2018, but it will be hard for the club to resist a big financial offer.
Breaking through at Arsenal will not be easy for him however. On the wing he would be competing for a place with Theo Walcott, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Serge Gnabry and Joel Campbell.
Ekstra Bladet have written an editorial recommending Porto as his best option, given their reputation for giving emerging players chances to develop at a high level.
