A round up of news stories this morning related to Tottenham Hotspur.
Rumours started to break last week suggesting that Louis van Gaal’s team were interested in a deal for the England striker.
He’s been in top form for Tottenham this season, rising to the position of the club’s top goalscorer across all competitions.
“I’m not surprised because he’s a big talent - He’s still young, Harry, and I think it’s not a decision for me to take. He’s an adult and he’s big enough to take his decisions,” he said.
West Brom boss Tony Pulis has been quoted by the Daily Star explaining that he’s desperate to keep hold of Tottenham linked Saido Berahino.
The talented striker is mentioned in the paper as a target for Tottenham, who will be looking for a player to come in and support Harry Kane.
Kane and Berahino has a good relationship from their days playing together for England’s under-21 team.
“He has been brilliant this year, I don't know what is going to happen next year. I think the kid should stay, I have said that to him,” he said.
The Metro has reported that Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly looking to hijack a Newcastle United move for Barcelona youngster Sandro Ramirez.
The teenager has a record of two goals in seven appearances for the Barcelona first team and is ranked as one of their brightest talents.
The paper claims that Spurs are ahead in the race to sign him.
