Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Ryan Mason’s performance at the weekend impressed former Arsenal striker John Hartson.
One of the highlights of the game was Mason’s superb pass for teammate Danny Rose just past the hour mark.
The 23-year-old midfielder found defender Rose with a delicate chip over the visitors' defence.
It became 2-0 to the home team at that stage and proved enough for Tottenham to pick up all three points against Hull.
Former Celtic striker Hartson was impressed with the pass from England international midfielder Mason and told BBC Radio 5 live: “You will not see a better pass all season as the one from Ryan Mason. He picks out Danny Rose with an incredible dink that takes out all the Hull defenders.”
Mason’s pass was truly brilliant and once again showed the quality that the England international has.
The 23-year-old is enjoying a breakthrough season at Tottenham, and although his form has dipped in recent weeks, he remains a player with loads of quality.
Mason has scored one goal and created 26 chances in 30 Premier League appearances, while having a pass accuracy of 83% and a shot accuracy of 42%.
