The winger was a constant danger in the win over Liverpool on Saturday.
While Saturday afternoon’s game at Anfield was all about Steven Gerrard, nobody seemed to have told Crystal Palace.
Alan Pardew’s side ran out 3-1 winners in Gerrard’s final game at the stadium, somewhat spoiling the party in the process.
The Reds will be sick of the sight of Palace after recent years and performances, and this is no different. One player who was in top form was Yannick Bolasie, who proved a nuisance to the Liverpool defence once again.
The winger has had an impressive season, and we decided to look at his stats from the game to see how well he performed.
Bolasie is well known as a dribbler who likes to run at defenders, and here was no different, with him having eight total duels in the game and winning five - a success rate of 62%.
Furthermore, his passing was also highly polished, having made 11 passes throughout the game and nine of them being accurate, a success rate of 81%. Eight of those 11 passes were in the final third, again showing where he is most effective.
Of those eight final third passes, six proved to be successful, a success rate of 75%. One area he may look to improve is his shooting though, having had four attempts in the game but getting none of them on target.
Another impressive performance from Bolasie then, whose performances this season are likely to have caught they eye of several big clubs.
