The Spaniard's season has been a difficult one.
The future of Spanish talent Suso at Liverpool was long a topic of discussion at Anfield. With his contract expiring in the summer it was always going to be interesting to see how events panned out for the talent.
In January he made his move. AC Milan completed a protracted and difficult transfer negotiation to get hold of the player in the winter and he is now a Rossoneri.
The Spaniard has not exactly hit the ground running in Milan. He is yet to score for the club and has only played six games for the club, including one today.
But it was a game he'd rather forget.

Milan lost 3-2 against Sassuolo this afternoon, a hat-trick from Domenico Berardi doing the damage.
Suso got sent off in the last minute of the game, the second Milan player sent off in the game after Giacomo Bonaventura earlier saw red.
It was an awful and petulant challenge, which saw him pick up his second red card of his career.
It put a dampener on his display, considering that he had set up Alex's goal earlier in the game.
With a suspension now coming Suso's season may be over. He will hope to get a good pre-season under his belt and have a productive campaign in 2015-16.
