The 46-year-old has backed the Croatian to do well at West Ham.
Current West Ham boss Sam Allardyce's contract expires at the end of the season and the majority of fans appear to want the 60-year-old to leave his post at Upton Park.
Bilic, meanwhile, used to be a defender for the Hammers and Dicks - who also turned out for the club's back four - thinks he would do a good job as manager.
Asked by a fan on Twitter about Bilic, the West Ham coach gave his honest opinion in response.
@JULIAN3DICKS Do you think Bilic would do a good job in charge?— Jay Keeble (@djtenda) May 17, 2015
Rafa Benitez is the bookmakers' favourite to replace Allardyce but Bilic is rated as a strong second favourite, according to sports betting website Oddschecker.
Indeed, the former West Ham defender can be backed at varying prices ranging from 3/1 and 5/2 to 4/1.
Clearly, those odds are relatively short and Bilic definitely seems like a candidate who could appeal to both West Ham's owners and fans.
And the 46-year-old looks as though he just might have the backing of the club's ladies manager, too...
