Former Bolton Wanderers midfielder Fabrice Muamba has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to Yannick Bolasie’s performance for Crystal Palace on Saturday evening.
Bolasie was the star of the show for Palace at Anfield, as the Eagles got the better of Liverpool 3-1 away from home.
The 25-year-old did not score against the Reds, but he terrorised Brendan Rodgers’s side during the 83 minutes he was on the pitch.
The Democratic Republic of Congo international took four shots, had a pass accuracy of 82%, created two chances, put in four crosses, attempted eight dribbles and made one clearance.
Former Arsenal prospect Muamba was impressed with the performance of Bolasie and made the following post on Twitter:
Bolasie has been on the books of Palace since 2012 and has been in superb form in recent weeks.
In 33 Premier League appearances this season, the former Bristol City star has scored four goals and created 45 chances, while having a pass accuracy of 71% and a shot accuracy of 41%.
