Confirmed: QPR and Newcastle United line-ups

Here is how Queens Park Rangers and Newcastle United will line up this afternoon.

Queens Park Rangers welcome Newcastle United to Loftus Road this weekend in what is a huge match for the Magpies.

QPR’s relegation was confirmed last weekend, but they could yet play a part in which club will join them and Burnley in the Championship next season.

Newcastle are currently 17th in the Premier League, just two points clear of Hull City who currently occupy the final relegation place.

With the Tigers facing Tottenham Hotspur this afternoon, it will be a very tense afternoon for both sides, and QPR could go a long way to deciding Newcastle’s future one way or the other.

That said, Newcastle have a fine recent record against today’s opponents, winning their last four games.

QPR are yet to win a home match in 2015 while John Carver’s side have lost their last five away games, so could a draw be the most likely outcome?
Whatever happens, it should be interesting.
