League Two talent Josh Ginnelly wanted by Nottingham Forest, Celtic and now Wolves

The Shrewsbury Town midfielder is becoming one of the Football League's most wanted men.

Josh Ginnelly was released by Aston Villa in 2013 aged 16. He joined Shrewsbury Town when his deal at Villa was cut short and has since gone on to cement himself a place in the first-team squad. He possesses lightning pace and a bag of tricks, which has reportedly caught the eye of Premier League suitors.

It was reported by Goal.com in April that both Newcastle United and Sunderland were keen on the player – with Stoke City also interested.

Championship side Nottingham Forest were also reported as keeping an eye on the player.

Forest are in need of a new wide man to freshen things up in an attacking sense and seemed a likely destination for the player.

But it is now reported that Championship rivals Wolves and SPL champions Celtic are also in the race for the player.

It is claimed by the Birmingham Mail that Wolves and Celtic are also chasing the player, along with League One outfit Sheffield United.

Wolves will be looking for a replacement for the outgoing Bakary Sako whilst Celtic will simply see him as a bright talent for the future.

Forest? Wolves? Celtic? - Ginnelly certainly has his future in the palm of his hands.
