Radamel Falcao’s future is well and truly up in the air, with it remaining to be seen whether Manchester United will agree a permanent deal for the Colombian forward to send him back to Monaco at the end of the season.
However, in an ironic twist, Liverpool or Spurs could well have a say in where the former Atletico Madrid man ends up.
El Gol Digital have stated that Sevilla are interested in Falcao and could look to sign him as a potential replacement for Carlos Bacca, if the in-form striker leaves this summer.
Bacca has been consistently linked with Tottenham, as per The Independent, while with Liverpool needing attacking reinforcements Metro have stated recently that the Reds are keen on the Sevilla forward.
As such, should either Spurs or the Merseysiders make a move to acquire Bacca this summer, Falcao could well end up at the Estadio Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan as his compatriot’s replacement.
Bacca has been in excellent form this season, scoring 20 La Liga goals and playing an important role in the side’s domestic and European success.
Falcao on the other hand has struggled to adapt to life at Old Trafford and has struggled to make an impression due to injuries and not being selected regularly by Louis van Gaal.
