Celtic continued their brilliant league form by overcoming Aberdeen on Sunday.
Celtic celebrated winning yet another Scottish Premiership title by beating their closest challengers Aberdeen 1-0 at Pittodrie on Sunday.
The only goal of the game came courtesy of Scott Brown, the skipper tapping home after fine work from January signing Stuart Armstrong.
Celtic had to work hard for their victory, with Aberdeen just edging it in terms of possession, but Celtic had other chances and it was only the good work of the hosts’ goalkeeper that kept the score-line so tight.
After the match, Celtic could really celebrate and some pictures were posted on both the club’s official Twitter account and Sky Sports News’ official account, showing striker Leigh Griffiths celebrating with his family and Brown and manager Ronny Deila both applauding the fans after a job well done.
Celtic still have two league matches to go but they can now relax and enjoy them, pushing for a fine finish of course but knowing that the hard work starts again in just a few short months.
