Aston Villa defeated West Ham United 1-0 at Villa Park on Saturday.
Aston Villa gave their fight against relegation another huge boost with a 1-0 win over West Ham United at Villa Park on Saturday.
Tom Cleverley scored the only goal of the game, turning the ball home from close range after a superb run into the box by Jack Grealish.
The result means Villa now lie four points clear of the relegation zone, and with just two games left to play, Tim Sherwood is moving ever closer to achieving his goal of keeping Villa in the top flight.
With games against Southampton and Burnley to come, Villa should manage to stay in the Premier League, and given that the FA Cup final against Arsenal is also on the horizon, Sherwood is close to having a dream end of the season.
The win over West Ham was vital though, and a number of players took to Twitter after the game to celebrate - including one loanee.
Defender Jores Okore and man of the match Jack Grealish were both celebrating on Twitter, as well as midfielder Gary Gardner and forward Callum Robinson, who is currently on loan at Preston.
After another superb result under Sherwood on Saturday, here are some of the reactions from Aston Villa players on Twitter...
Important win today, everybody worked hard today, one goal and a clean sheet is enough #avfc #Okore #FightLikeLions
