Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly prepared to listen to offers for one of their current midfielders.
According to a report from Belgian newspaper HLN, Tottenham Hotspur have put a €13.7million price-tag on Mousa Dembele’s head, with the North London side willing to do business if someone matches that valuation.
The 27-year-old has featured 37 times for Tottenham this season, scoring one goal and providing one assist in that time.
In total, Dembele has played 120 times for Spurs, but given the number of midfielders on the books at White Hart Lane, and with more potentially arriving this summer, it would be no real surprise if the Belgian international did move on.
With a contract until the summer of 2017 he could yet remain and fight for his place, but if anyone is willing to part with sufficient cash it appears the time is right for Daniel Levy to cash in.
Dembele has rarely put in a 90-minute performance in the Premier League this season, and he has been used sparingly in recent weeks.
When he has come on he has shown glimpses of what he is capable of and there are some Tottenham fans who believe he deserves more chances under manager Mauricio Pochettino. But if the latest report is to be believed, it appears he could be on his way, with Royal Antwerp one of the sides allegedly interested.
