Manchester United defeated Crystal Palace this weekend and some of their players took to social media to celebrate that fact.
Plenty of work needed to take three points out of this important match! Your support today was crucial! @ManUtd pic.twitter.com/nRGQZ2KPVJ

Manchester United fans have waited a while to celebrate a victory, having suffered three straight defeats to Chelsea, Everton and West Bromwich Albion.
But that changed as goals from Juan Mata and Marouane Fellaini gave Louis van Gaal’s men a 2-1 win against Crystal Palace.
Mata put United ahead from the penalty spot before Jason Puncheon equalised, but thankfully the big Belgian was on hand to score with time running out and give the club’s Champions League hopes a sizeable boost.
United still have matches against Arsenal and Hull City but the importance of their latest three points cannot be understated.
After the match a number of their stars took to social media to express their feelings, including Ashley Young – who set up both goals – and Ander Herrera.
Phil Jones, Daley Blind and David de Gea also had their say, and the Spaniard made a sizeable contribution as usual with what proved to be a vital save.
Massive 3 points, not our best performance in the 2nd half but showed our great Team Spirit. Oh and that @D_DeGea save
