Tottenham are interested in signing Guingamp forward Claudio Beauvue.
Beauvue, 27, is formerly of Nantes, Troyes, Chateauroux and Bastia, and whilst he scored just seven goals last season, he has exploded into life this term.
The French forward, who has played out wide on the right and as a central striker for Guingamp this season, has hit 25 goals in 49 games, becoming one of the most dangerous forwards in French football in the process.
Unsurprisingly, his goalscoring exploits this season have now begun to attract interest, with L'Equipe recently reporting that both Everton and West Ham are considering moves to sign Beauvue this summer.
However, the Premier League duo may now face stern competition for his signature, after it was revealed that Tottenham are interested.
Guingamp president Bertrand Desplat is quoted by Foot Mercato as telling Infosport that both Hull City and Tottenham are hoping to land Beauvue - and the player wants a move to England.
"It seems that this is the will of Claudio to go to England," said Desplat. "Hull and Tottenham have already expressed interest," he added.
Beauvue is a versatile forward who has proven his ability in the air this season, scoring a number of headed goals as well as showing a penchant for acrobatics - and with Pochettino searching for a goalscoring winger this summer, Beauvue could well be on the radar.
