Confirmed: Stoke City and Tottenham line-ups

Stoke Britannia Stadium

Here is how Stoke City and Tottenham Hotspur will line up for today’s match:

Stoke City welcome Tottenham Hotspur to the Britannia Stadium with plenty still to play for.

Mark Hughes’ side have the chance to move up to ninth while Mauricio Pochettino’s men are still competing for a European place next season.

As things stand, four places and 11 points separate the two sides but Stoke have already beaten Tottenham once this season so what chance a league double?

That said, Stoke have only won six of their last 31 league matches against today’s opponents while Spurs have only lost two of their last six visits to this ground.

Tottenham’s away record is impressive this season, with only three clubs bettering them as things stand. Pochettino will be hoping that continues with a place in next season’s Europa League the prize for the side that finishes fifth – a position currently occupied by Liverpool.

With only one clean-sheet in their last 12 league games, Tottenham will want to tighten up against a Stoke side that scored twice against them back in November.
