Ronny Deila praises Celtic greats Henrik Larsson and Danny McGrain

The Celtic manager has been answering questions that the club's faithful want to know.

Celtic manager Ronny Deila has been taking part in a Q&A for the club’s official Twitter account, during which he revealed which two Celtic legends he would love to have in his modern-day squad.

Celtic have recently added the Scottish Premiership title to the Scottish League Cup they won earlier in the campaign, meaning Deila has secured a domestic double in his debut season.

The former Stromsgodset boss has helped build a wonderful side but imagine how good they would be if they had Henrik Larsson and Danny McGrain in their prime.

Those are the two players the Celtic manager said he would love to have at his disposal if he could, calling them "absolute legends".

Larsson scored 242 goals in 315 games for the Bhoys while McGrain was a defender who racked up 439 appearances for Celtic between 1967 and 1987.

There is no doubt that at their peak both players would have added plenty to this Celtic side, but unfortunately it is something Deila and the club’s supporters can only dream of now.

Still, it is up to the manager to discover the next Larsson and McGrain, and who is to say he will not do that in time?
