Chelsea welcome Liverpool to Stamford Bridge on Sunday with Jose Mourinho’s side recently crowned Premier League champions.
It will be interesting to see how the Blues perform a week on from their heroics, with Liverpool fighting hard for a top-four finish and Jose Mourinho’s men with only pride left to play for.
That said, they will not want the Reds to spoil their celebrations and Chelsea should go all out for the win.
In early team news, Chelsea are still without the injured Diego Costa while Oscar and Ramires are unlikely to play due to a knock and illness respectively.
As for Liverpool, manager Brendan Rodgers must do without striker Daniel Sturridge yet again, while Mario Balotelli, Jon Flanagan and Mamadou Sakho are also unavailable.
Liverpool are currently four points behind fourth-placed Manchester United with three games remaining, while Chelsea could end the campaign with an impressive 92 points if they win their last three fixtures.
