The Italian was one of the 'Charlton Six' from earlier in the season.
Today it was confirmed that Leeds United owner Massimo Cellino had been cleared by the Football League to return to the club and continue working. He has immediately been named chairman of the club and has some sticky situations to deal with.
The club remains in limbo regarding management, retained players, pre-season scheduling and friendlies as well as player recruitment and sales.
One player whose future would appear to be up in the air is Giuseppe Bellusci.
The Italian has proven himself a decent defender this season but he was one of the six players that pulled out of a game with Charlton Athletic the evening before through injury.
Mirco Antenucci and Marco Silvestri were also among that group, both men have since declared themselves fit and ready to play - but Redfearn has not picked them.
In fact, he has picked none of them since.
Bellusci was on Twitter earlier today and he sent out this cryptic message regarding 'the future' earlier today:
Le persone che vogliono decidere il futuro di altri sono senza carattere e senza personalità,perché non sanno cosa fare del proprio futuro!— Giuseppe Bellusci (@peppe_ele) May 7, 2015
Translated, that reads...
"People who want to decide the future of others are characterless and without personality, because they do not know what to make of your future!"
Who knows where Bellusci's future lies? With Cellino back it appears likely, as he is a Cellino signing in the first place. However, if Cellino wants to win fans around, the Charlton six may be made a scapegoat.
One thing for sure, it won't be boring at Leeds United - it never is.
