Muniesa has been talking up the youngster, who currently plies his trade with the La Liga leaders, and compared him to a winger who used to be with the Potters on loan from Liverpool.
He said: "I've seen Moha play a couple of times. He's a left winger with a good body, he's fast with good technique.
"He's kind of like Oussama Assaidi, but where Assaidi was more technical, Moha is faster.
"If the manager asks I will always help try to sell the club to anyone. I have already been the agent with Bojan and I will do it with Moha if he needs me to.
"Of course people in Barcelona know who Stoke City are now. All our friends in football want to see how it goes for us here and they watch all our games."
The Potters have managed to attract talented players from Barcelona in the past, with Bojan Krkic joining last summer and showing flashes of the quality that is often associated with the La Liga giants, but his season was cut short by a cruciate knee ligament injury suffered in an FA Cup clash towards the end of January.
There is no harm in having an insider acting as an intermediary between Stoke and Barcelona but if El Ouriachi were to make a move to the Britannia Stadium, Mark Hughes will be hoping that he can make more of an impact than Assaidi did, even if the Moroccan did show some signs of promise during his season-long loan from Liverpool last term.
