Former Liverpool forward Luis Suarez has taken to social networking site Twitter to revel in Barcelona’s victory over Bayern Munich tonight.
Spanish giants Barcelona got the better of Bayern 3-0 at home in the first leg of the Champions League semi-final tie.
In what proved to be a hugely entertaining game at Camp Nou, Argentina international forward Lionel Messi broke the deadlock in the 77th minute.
The 27-year-old added a second just three minutes later, and then with only seconds remaining Brazil international forward Neymar wrapped up the victory with the Blaugrana’s third.
The comprehensive 3-0 win has virtually assured Barcelona a place in the final of the Champions League this season.
Following the victory, Suarez made the following post on Twitter, which when translated from Spanish reads: "Vamossss!! What a good victory and great work from the entire team!!!! I leave a picture with the best in the world!!!!!”

Over the course of the 90 minutes, Barcelona had 45% of the possession, took 15 shots of which eight were on target, and earned two corners.
Suarez, who joined the Catalan outfit from Premier League club Liverpool in the summer of 2014, played the entire 90 minutes of tonight’s match.
The Uruguay international took six shots, had a pass accuracy of 64%, created one chance, put in two crosses, attempted seven dribbles and made three blocks.
