Queens Park Rangers are struggling for survival in the Premier League.

Queens Park Rangers chairman Tony Fernandes has taken to social networking site Twitter to assure the club’s fans that the future is bright.

The London outfit are currently fighting for survival in the Premier League and are in real danger of going down to the Championship.

Relegation to the second tier of English football is damaging to the prospects of any club, but Fernandes has assured the QPR fans that they are well-equipped to handle that in long term.

Fernandes seems confident about Rangers’ long-term future, and fans should be pleased with that.

However, the supporters will want QPR to remain in the Premier League and play against the top teams in the country.

After all, it is the ambition of every single club in England to play in the Premier League.

As things stand, QPR are likely to get relegated from the top flight of English football at the end of the season.

Chris Ramsey’s side are currently second from bottom in the league table with just 27 points from 35 matches, seven points behind 17th-placed Leicester City.
