Leeds United loanee Adryan has reached Brazil safely and is enjoying his holiday.
With Leeds's 2014-15 Championship campaign coming to an end on Saturday, the attacking midfielder has returned to his native Brazil to enjoy the time off.
The 20-year-old was a disappointment at Leeds, as he failed to make a great impact on the pitch.
Signed from Brazilian club Flamengo in the summer transfer window on a season-long loan deal, Adryan was expected to bring that ‘X-factor’ to the Whites team.
However, the youngster flattered to deceive and could make only 12 appearances in the Championship, creating 12 chances in the process.
Adryan struggled with fitness issues at the start of the season, and towards the end of the campaign he even failed to make the matchday squads on a regular basis.
It seems that the youngster could not wait for the holidays to begin, and perhaps the following weeks will help rejuvenate him.
It will be interesting to see if Leeds try to sign Adryan on a permanent basis in the summer transfer window.
Given his little impact in England, one would be surprised if Leeds buy him outright.
