Ozil, Bellerin and co react on Twitter to Arsenal's win over Hull

How Arsenal stars reacted to their win over Hull.

Arsenal's stars reacted with predictable delight after an impressive 3-1 away win over Hull City.

Hull had beaten Liverpool 1-0 at the KC Stadium a week earlier, but Arsenal had already tied the game up by half-time, 3-0 up through goals from Aaron Ramsey and Alexis Sanchez (2).

The game also saw a comeback for midfielder Jack Wilshere, making his first appearance for the first team since getting injured against Manchester United back in November.

Nacho Monreal and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, on the sidelines himself, took to Twitter to congratulate the England midfielder on making his comeback, with Hector Bellerin, Mesut Ozil and Aaron Ramsey choosing to talk up the importance of the club's victory.

Arsenal can't win the title this year, but they are now battling Manchester City for second place behind Chelsea, which Arsene Wenger admits is still important to him.

He told the club website: "Yes, for me, yes. We want to finish as high as you can. Our competitive attitude is to finish looking at ourselves thinking that we have given the maximum until the last day - that’s what it is about. It will be tight. Tonight we only [nearly] secured top four but let’s see if we can maintain the run and the quality."

Arsenal had nine shots on target to one from Hull City, and had 62 per cent of possession.
