Leeds fans react on Twitter to Aidy White's performance against Rotherham

Leeds United drew 0-0 with Rotherham United this weekend, but what did fans of the hosts think of Aidy White's cameo performance?

Leeds United ended their latest Championship campaign with a 0-0 draw with Rotherham United on Saturday.

The campaign has been eventful to say the least for Neil Redfearn’s side, but it ended with a relatively dull game, with just five on-target scoring attempts and two sides who clearly had nothing left to play for.

Still, the match saw Aidy White’s return to first-team action after so long out injured.

The 23-year-old suffered an injury in pre-season and had to wait until the final match of the campaign to feature for Redfearn’s side, coming on for the last 19 minutes in place of Alex Mowatt.

Considering how long he had been out, White looked relatively sharp, and with a full summer of preparation behind him he may yet feature prominently for Leeds in the upcoming campaign, provided of course that he signs a new contract.

After the match we took to Twitter to see what Leeds fans thought of White’s performance and you can read a selection of what we found below:
